Winemaking Techniques
A minimal-intervention philosophy guides every stage of production. The fruit is crushed and pressed before undergoing wild yeast fermentation on oak with full solids. Regular lees stirring adds texture and complexity, while minimal additions preserve the wines natural character. In keeping with the Wild Folk philosophy, the wine is preservative free, vegan friendly, unfined and unfiltered.
