Distilled in Indiana and bottled by Penelope Bourbon, a young American label known for its considered, modern approach, it spends its life in new charred American oak, drawing out a sweet, dessert-like character. The result is approachable yet far from simple, a bourbon that leans into honey, vanilla and caramel while keeping a clean, mellow shape from first sip to last.
