This slimline Rare Earth disc has a mark identifying the North magnetic pole on its surface. This mark can be particularly handy for projects where two magnets are configured in a north/south arrangement to attract and hold together. It is also a helpful little magnet to keep on hand to determine the poles of other unmarked magnets. Simply hold it close to another magnet and the marked North pole will attract to the South pole of the second magnet.
