Nestled amongst the giant gum trees of Grose Vale at the base of the Blue Mountains, Karu are an independent distillery with a focus on making small-batch gins. Karu Affinity is a contemporary Australian gin flavoured with lemon myrtle grown in the distillery’s very own garden. 10 other botanicals are also included in the recipe – sustainably sourced from mostly small scale Aussie farms.
