Region amp Vintage Conditions
The 2020 Pinot Noir is sourced from selected vineyards in McLaren Vale. Although better known for its bold reds, the regions Mediterranean climate, cooling afternoon sea breezes and varied soils allow Pinot Noir to develop ripe fruit flavours while retaining freshness and balance. The 2020 growing season produced fruit with excellent concentration and varietal expression.
Winemaking Techniques
The fruit was fermented under carefully controlled temperatures to preserve its delicate aromatics and bright fruit profile. Gentle maturation in French oak adds subtle texture and complexity while allowing the vibrant fruit character to remain the focus.
