We have expertly sliced Lockyer Valley Black Onyx Tri Tip Marbling Score 2 + at 5 mm thickness.  This cut is located at the lower part of the Sirloin primal, on the outer portion of the leg. It can be distinguished by its quality marbling and outstanding flavour.

Marinated in a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, sesame oil, sesame seeds and ready for you to cook at home. We recommend cooking this cut over charcoal at a steady consistent heat, or in a pan on high heat ensuring you caramelize the outside.
