Banks Citron is the brighter, more citrus-led expression in the Banks range. It combines Desert Lime, Lemon Myrtle, Australian White Kunzea and wild Tasmanian Pepperberry with Yarra Valley mountain water.
The result is a crisp botanical spirit with a strong citrus character and a gently spicy finish.
What Does Banks Citron Taste Like?
The flavour starts with vibrant native Australian citrus.
Desert Lime and Lemon Myrtle provide the fresh, tangy citrus character, while White Kunzea adds aromatic notes of citrus, eucalyptus and subtle honey.
Wild Tasmanian Pepperberry brings a touch of spice towards the finish, keeping the drink balanced and giving it more depth than a straightforward citrus mixer.
