This Merlot 2024 delivers ripe fruit expression with depth and richness, while still showing elegance. Its approachable now but has enough structure to evolve with a few years cellaring.

Grapes are sourced from organic vineyards, harvested to capture optimal ripeness. Fermentation and maturation include careful use of oak to complement the fruit without overpowering it.

Appearance Deep ruby red with magenta hues.

Aroma Raspberry, plum and dark red fruits, intertwined with subtle oak and spicy mocha notes.

Palate Plush and juicy, with rich dark red fruit flavours, a touch of oak to add complexity, and smooth, developing tannins.

Finish Long and rounded, with lingering berry and oak tones that balance well.
