Install & Configure

Add the extension from Chrome Web Store. Open Settings, paste your OpenAI API key, and fill in your profile (CV summary, work rights, notice period, salary, skills).

Search or Paste URLs

Use keyword/location search on SEEK, or paste specific job URLs. Click "Start Run" in the side panel to preview matched jobs.

Review & Select

Untick any irrelevant jobs in the shortlist. Click "Start Selected Jobs" — the extension opens each job, clicks Quick Apply, and fills the form.

Answer & Submit

AI answers known questions automatically. If unsure, it pauses and shows an in-page prompt — you answer on SEEK, click Resume, and it continues. Dashboard tracks everything.

Does this work on all SEEK job listings?
It works on SEEK Quick Apply listings (the majority). Jobs that redirect to company websites are detected and skipped with a clear message — you apply manually for those.
Is my data sent anywhere?
Your profile, CV, learned answers, and logs stay in your browser's local storage. Only the current question text and a screenshot are sent to OpenAI's API during a run. Nothing is sent to our servers — there are no servers.
How much does the OpenAI API cost?
Typical runs cost fractions of a cent. GPT-4o vision calls (~$0.005 per screenshot) and gpt-4o-mini text calls (~$0.0001 per question). A 10-job run with 5 questions each costs roughly $0.05–$0.15 depending on vision usage.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The extension pauses and shows an in-page prompt. You select the correct answer on the SEEK page, click Resume, and the extension saves your correction for next time. You're always in control.
Can I run multiple applications in parallel?
No — one run uses a single browser tab sequentially. This avoids rate limits, detection, and ensures each application gets proper attention. You can queue up to 100 jobs per run.
Does it work on seek.com (NZ) or other countries?
Yes — host permissions cover *.seek.com.au and *.seek.com. The UI text is English; answers will be in English unless you customise instructions.
What happens if SEEK changes their layout?
Vision AI adapts to visual changes automatically. DOM selectors use stable attributes (data-automation, data-testid, aria-labels) plus text matching. Updates are pushed via Chrome Web Store.
Can I export my learned answers?
Currently via the Options page — each entry has a Save button. A bulk export feature is on the roadmap.
