A high quality single grain whiskey from Hibernia Distillers that pays homage to modern Irish history. ‘The Áras Cask’ takes its name from the Áras an Uachataráin, the official residence of the Irish President. This dram has been triple distilled in the traditional Irish fashion, using a Coffey still, and is matured for six years in first-fill former Bourbon American oak barrels, resulting in a wonderful concentration of vanilla-oak flavours.
